Found a minor bug in the Imperial vs Stormcloak war after multiple playthroughs

I am playing as an Imperial, level 50 when I decided to use the Voice of the Emperor power in the battle for Windhelm and it was used against my Imperial friends and the Stormcloaks weren’t effected. They just started wailing on my guys and then after it wore off the Imperials were hostile towards me.
