Please help, im bugged on xbox

Okay, so im doing the waking nightmares quest, and when i follow Erandur into the temple he does the fire on that stone slab. Now, normally, the slab would turn purple and translucent, but it isn't. The slab stays stone and solid, then erandur walks into it for two senconds and morphs through the stone. Does anybody have any fixes or advice?
