Nexus Mods failling to auto install with Vortex

Hi guys, im trying to install mods from nexus mods using the auto install (vortex app from the site) and 90%of the mods are not installing. The same for fallout 4…
I choose the right version i guess (the closest one, because aniversary edition is not feature there, i choose special).
The mods are being shown as installed by the vortex mod app…
Any ideas please? Thank you!
