Does Frost/Fire Breath benefit from the augmented perks?

Just a question if you could make the two shouts more viable by getting augmented flames and augmented frost?

Augmented Flames and Augmented Frost do increase the fire/frost damage for Fire/Frost Breath. Also, both shouts have even more increased damage from drinking a Fortify Destruction potion (though there's a bug where the increase is only for all 3 words of Frost Breath, not 1 or 2 words instead)

They do even more damage when using Weakness to Fire/Frost poisons. Even more when stacking Weakness to Magic as well.
