Teldryn Summoned a Frost Thrall on my Vanilla Game WTH?!

Hey guys, so I was playing today and Iāve been playing totally vanilla, no mods at all and currently in White Ridge Sanctum (inner part of white ridge Barrow) and teldryn summoned this guy to fight one of the fire spiders. I am shook , Iāve never seen this and google wonāt give me any results. I thought he only knew āconjure flame atronachā Please tell me if this is crazy weird or if there might be an explanation , I swear Iām not trolling please.
