Tyra Blood-Fire was that enemy that I really didn't wanted to kill. So I ressurect her and set her as my follower. And tbh... she's so cool. Seriously, it's a waste to kill her. If you can, download a mod that enables this option. On Xbox One has the "cheat room" mod.

After killing her for the Ebony Plate quest, select her in the console and type
resurrect
She will be hostile. Select her again in the console and use these commands:
stopcombat
removefromallfactions
setrelationshiprank player 4
addtofaction 5a1a4 4
addtofaction 5c84d 4
setplayerteammate 1
