Make console survival harder

I play on console, I've played survival mode on legendary and it's great but it's also not this super hard mode everyone make it seem.

Surival mode for me was basically the same as regular skyrim but I occasionally ate potato/cabbage soup and slept a few hours. Paired with fur armour and a straight upgrade to daedric using the atronach forge. It became simple. I want it to be hard and fun again. I searched youtube and google. Nothing but 500 mod mod packs come up or nothing for survival specific.

What mods are there that can be added on console to make it harder and more fun?
