Jael of House Aetori, was adopted into a noble imperial House in Cyrodiil as a young boy. Found by servants of the Aetori clan in the province of Skyrim, they brought the young babe to their Lord and Lady, where he was lovingly adopted. Raised and educated in the imperial aristocracy, it became clear that something was unusual about the young Jael. Stronger than boys his age, an unusual, natural ability to manipulate magic, and seemingly slow to the affects of time, Jael was considered favoured by the Divines. As a young man he trained with the best imperial sword masters, and was prized by the Synod for his magical proficiency.

In time the Empire would promote Jael to Knight of the Elder Council, serving as their champion during the Great War. A formidable warrior, then renowned veteran, Jael would leave his adopted ancestral home in Cyrodiil and return to his fatherland, the province of Skyrim, in a search for peace.

Privileged with wealth, Jael would find solace in the forests of Falkreath Hold. There he would establish a home, and in time, would become a prominent member of society, ascending to Thane of Falkreath, Whiterun, Haafingar and the Reach.

With a watchful peace after the Great War, Jael became a prosperous farmer. For a time, he would know his peace.
