Context: I recently wanted to get back into Skyrim. I wiped all files and reinstalled the game. This glitch persisted until I manually deleted all the files from my documents and steam folders. It was fine then, until I tried reinstalling SKSE. Then, it began again, even if I launched the game without using SKSE.
What the hell is up with this? I thought it was a compatibility error, but I downgraded my game using the patcher and tried again, and it still happens. Please advise!
PROBLEM IDENTIFIED: dunno what the issue is, but I know MO2 caused it. When I switched to using Vortex, it stopped completely.
