I finished the Silver Hand quest and saw Skjor(?) limping towards whiterun with Aela. After they reached Jorrvaskr they just stood in the hallway. When i disabled Skjor she started moving again, but the only dialogue option she has is the archery training one. I have tried:

• stealing stuff and repaying my debt
• disabling and enabling her with the console
• setstage for her 3 silver hand quests just straight up doesn't work
• completing the thieves guild questline (i read somewhere that other questlines might be causing this)
• killing and resurrecting her
• fus ro dah'ing her
• paralysing her

Has anyone got any solution that I haven't tried?

EDIT: skipping the quests with startquest c04 seems to have worked but i have no idea if there’s going to be consequences in the long term
