Send System Audio From iPad on Skype?

I'm using an iPad app that I need to send the system audio while screen sharing, and can't for the life of me figure out how to send that. The image screenshares fine, but the call seems to want to use the microphone and not the sound coming through my app.
Does anyone know how to swap this? I have literally zero need for microphone sound in this setup- just trying to relay the sound.
