My account was hacked and I haven't been able to recover it thus far because support isn't satisfied with the amount of information I've provided for identity verification (which IMO is fucking ridiculous - how come it takes more verification to recover the account after it's been stolen than it takes to change the primary E-mail to steal it in the first place? But I digress)

I think one of the sticking points is that they ask for the month and year when the account was registered, and I have no idea because it was years ago and I'm not a robot with an infinite memory. I don't suppose there's some way to find this out without access to the account?
