Did Cassandra know Val was Darquesse?

So we all know the visions of the ruined city Cassandra would show Val and Skul in the steam. In those visions, Val is quite clearly Darquesse when she burns her parents in the black fire. Cassandra comments on the visions frequently, meaning she must be aware of what’s going on in them. So surely she knows Val is Darquesse? Why doesn’t she ever comment on that?
