SKRILL has locked my funds?

Hello Hoping to get some insight to this issue!! I opened a Skrill account and went through their verification process no problem. I deposited $1000 USD to the account. Later that day I tried paying through a website and encountered an error like "excluded" and have not been able to use my funds to pay as it's "locked" Numerous messages through Skrill website with no responses. Also called 3 times. It's the weekend so figured no one monitors?

Wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and if so.....how was it corrected? Screenshot attached with error message.
