Skoda Octavia RS buying advice

Hey all, I'm looking at buying a manual 2010 Skoda Octavia RS as my first own car, it has 164k km on the odometer but has a perfect service history and seems to be in really good condition. So now to the question(s), is this even a good car nowadays is a big one, another one is is there anything specifically to be on the lookout for? Is this generation of Octavia known for any inherent flaws that need to be accounted for?
