Skoda warranty

Anyone had any luck going direct to Skoda warranty, circumventing Skoda dealers? I have had no luck with Skoda dealers who take requests to find out if something is covered then never come back with an answer, despite reminders. The 2 I have tried through at least have been useless. My issue is two internal cracks on wing mirror indicator strips, exactly same place, possibly caused by electric wing mirror action. Must be a design fault. Car is a Karoq 1.5. TIA
