Aftermarket infotainment unit for a 2010 Octavia RS

This has probably been asked to death, but I'm looking to upgrade the phone connectivity of my MK2 Octavia, I was thinking about buying an aftermarket infotainment that supports (wireless) Android Auto but I heard that some MK2 Octavias have bluetooth connectivity equipped since it was option back then, so, is it possible to add bluetooth connectivity after the fact? If so, can I then use my phone to wirelessly navigate on the screen and listen to music? Or is an aftermarket unit a better investment?
