What is this?

Title says it all. Appeared 2-3 days ago and I have no idea what it is or how I got it? It's nowhere else on my body, doesn't really itch and those welts/wheals (hope it's the right word) are filled with fluid. Anybody has an idea? Should I go to a doctor?
