Anyone else injure their PCL skiing?
Post Body

I’m 21 and I have been skiing since I could walk. I have never had any issues besides the occasional early season soreness. Last season I caught an edge hauling ass and dislocated my knee cap while simultaneously tearing my PCL in half. I got reconstructive surgery, went through PT and I’m finally back on the slopes. Now, my knee aches at the end of every day, I get pretty sore the following day and if I ski back to back days my knee will become unstable all together. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Suggestions to make it better? I currently have a full metal knee brace to help while I ski, but it certainly doesn’t help with recovery. Thanks.
