BOA ski boots - do they solve high instep numbness / blood flow issues?

Post Body
Now that the BOA ski boots have been out for half a season.. I'm curious if anyone that has high insteps and has problems with bloodflow/numbness due to the top of your instep being squashed has bought them, and if so, what your experience has been?
There was a research paper that claimed they put less pressure on the instep, but I'm wondering if there is any real world positive impact from that or not.
