The Insulin ‘Evidence’ in the Lucy Letby Trial. Criminal Justice in England: Disagreeable Facts

I came across this article, written by a Cambridge-educated scientist who started an organisation, "Science On Trial", that aims to "elevate scientific standards within the criminal justice system".

She wrote some commentary on the immunoessay tests which were used to secure Letby's first two convictions, and explained why the defence (in her view, wrongly) didn't contest these in court.

I thought it might shed some light on the questions asked in the other thread.

I am gonna warn: I will unfortunately have to block people if it seems like they're attacking me for posting this, without reading the article. Or people who falsely accuse me of being a "conspiracy theorist". Very happy for people to critique/disagree, but I'm not happy to be straw-manned.
