Missing 32mm in Battleforce box?

I just opened up my Battleforce box, and my box contains:
40x 25mm
1x 32mm
3x 120x60mm
By my count, thats only 44 bases, and the box says 45 models.
It pretty much looks like they forgot to include the 32 for the Plague Priest in the Bell kit, that they are saying is its own model...for the count of the box purposes.
Anyone else notice this? or is my box lacking?
