I love Skaven but I fear the faction gameplay.

Hi, i’m a aos player of seraphon and lumineth. I love Skaven, I love their models and the concept of them as a race in general (when i was little i used to read gotrek and felix’s books and i loved taquol) and I was waiting a range refresh for starting them. But i’m also a bad luck player often rolling bad Numbers when needed and i fear that playing them could be frustrating because everyone tells that are a “High RNG army”. Should I start them?
