I'm not one for the whole new year new me thing, but this year I'd like to get back to the old me. A version of me that used to wake up early to run. A version that was physically stronger and just felt better. The trick is, I would prefer to have someone to help me stay on track with my fitness goals. I have two gym memberships that are pretty much laughing at me right now.
I am looking for something very specific. A combination gym buddy/cuddle buddy. Someone who I can work out with, but is also down to curl up and binge watch random stuff on days we rest. An actual buddy to help each other get fit, and hang out sometimes to beat the urge to undo gains with snacking.
