As a teenager, little David had a lot of the same fantasies as everybody else. Shrunken by a crush, shrunken by a teacher, etc. I still think about some of them today. But I had this one idea that stuck out to me in that era.

I had this reoccurring story idea where I was shrunken down by my crush's friends - the other girls that hang out with her all the time. Then they would tell me that they were planning to give me to my crush as a birthday present. So for the week leading up to my crush's birthday, they take turns breaking me in and teaching me how to serve when I'm so tiny. Then they tie me up with a bow, put me in a box all wrapped up, and give me to the girl who I think is the sweetest, prettiest girl on earth.

Yeah, it seems pretty silly now looking back. Still, I can appreciate how past me was able to explore this fascination. Kinda makes me wanna get back into writing size stuff again.
