Sisters with Hotshot weapons?

Cards out I'm not a sister's player. I'm running a slanesh themed traitor guard force. I'm thinking of using a battle sisters squad as kasrkin stand-ins by giving them Hotshot guns from the scions kit. Has anyone ever tried this, or already have both kits? I just want to know if it sounds vaguely plausible/ how stupid they would look with the alternate wrists/ hands from the two kits. They both seem to use that wrist-forearm join and are the same base size so I have some hope
