How do y'all get those smooth as silk booties?

I have had bumps on my butt as long as I can remember. But worse are the red irritated bumps that show up in flares and last weeks. I think it's probably Keratosis pilaris and I've tried exfoliating gloves, amlactin, moisturizer, coconut oil, etc. and had to stop because my skin was getting really sensitive and tender.
I just want one of those silk smooth butts that I see many sissies and femboys have. Any tips?
