Seeking advice : Men not valuing me in office
Post Body

Hey gurls

Very recently I noticed something which has been happening over the years.

Most men I interact with professionally, including my colleagues do not seem to be interested in striking a conversation with me. Even if I start a conversation, they interrupt, change the topic or excuse themselves. Even if I am standing with a junior colleague of mine, they will interact with them and not me. Must confess I do enjoy being looked down upon like this by Men.

I don’t consider my personality boring or that I do not have topics to converse with. I consider myself reasonably well read.

The exact opposite happens with women.

Is it because I am sending subtle submissive vibes or feminine sissy vibes? Do they secretly know that behind my masculine persona, there is a sissy hiding? Or is it my overthinking?

Do any of your girls face the same issue? Any advice or suggestion is appreciated.
