I think after about 10 years I’m finally okay with leaning into the sissy life. (This includes purging)
One thing i need to improve is working out. Ill reach a point, get comfortable, say im good and then regret not going. Which leads into a vicious cycle and mental games.
Seeing some of you is such a good motivation to look good. (Never been what you call a ‘buff guy’.)
In order to reach that goal, i wanna use being a sissy as much as i can to get the results i want! Tips, motivation, routines are greatly appreciated! xoxoxo
