I have been in full time permanent chastity for months now and am comfortable in my small pink clitty cage. However, I am looking to upgrade (or downgrade) to a flat chastity cage, as recommended by many doms.

The main problem is that when I have used one in the past, I haven't been able to pee correctly, which doesn't make it feasible for long term/permanent use.

I have seen ones that have a tube go inside, but I am very hesitant to use that in general, and I also don't think something like that would be healthy long term.

I also have to wear the belt at all times, which isn't necessary for my current one. This isn't as big of a deal, but still can have more problems when doing it 24/7.

Has anyone else had success in flat chastity long term? Was there a specific cage that worked best? Or is it more a novelty just for play time.
