where i can buy Straps?

i live in argentina and its hard to find specifiic sextoy, here you only can find the normal thing like regular quality dildos and vibrators.
i have one chastity cage and im waiting a new flat one than i bought from Aliexpress (take 2 months to arrive)
so.... anyone know how to make a homemade strap or maybe where i can buy something similar than is used with other purpose?
pd: I'm improvising using a bandage as a belt but tying the knots is uncomfortable and generally doesn't hold very well.
