I imagine that I am not the only one to ever have this issue, so I thought I would put it out there. I'm a part-time sissy in her mid-40s who also has a cis-female SO. I'm very vigilant about making sure that her needs are met regularly even though we don't live together. Because of this, I do have time when she's not there to indulge my sissy side. Lately I've been going through a stressful time in life, and I've noticed my libido has gone down to where I don't have enough sexual energy for both. (It's to the point to where I do sissy stuff in the beginning of the week and then play with her in the latter part.) I really want to maintain both satisfying areas of my sexuality.
I know the stress will pass, but I've also noticed that as I get older my sex drive is slowly diminishing. I would like to raise my sexual drive. (I can deal with sexual frustration if it happens lol.) I'm not expecting to go back to my teenage years where I jerk off 3-4 times a day, but I would like not having such a dip in sexual energy (a day or two) after having an orgasm. Do you all have any tips or advice for keeping yourself horny? I am fairly busy and responsible, so please don't suggest things that are a huge time suck. Thanks for all your help in advance!
