How To Immerse In Sissy VR on Oculus 2

Sorry if this isn't the correct place. I just bought a Quest 2 so I can immerse myself in sissy hypno. But the non-vr is just on a screen and the VR mode goes all weird and stretches the screen to infinity so it's nkt even watchable. Anything I'm doing wrong?
