I'm new to being a sissy and want to try workout and look as amazing as most of the girls that post here but not sure how to go about it.
My diet is pretty good I think but I need to start exercising.
Can anyone recommend me a good fitness routine as I'm not sure what are good exercises. The main area that I want to try work out is my stomach (as I unfortunately got a bit of a bigger stomach than I'd like) so if anyone knows a good workout for getting rid of stomach fat that worked for them I'd love to hear it. I'd exercises that don't require weights since i don't have the equipment nor can I go to gym.
Also if anyone also wants to try be my workout buddy to help make sure I work out (can help you as well) I'd love to do it as I could use a bit of motivation sometimes.
