Need squatting help + other questions

So I'm starting a new routine of glute bridges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, heel kicks, and squatting.

When I squat I feel it more in my thighs and I'm unsure how to get my glutes involved properly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also I don't really feel anything with the glute bridges. Am I doing them wrong? Should I add weight?

Does this seem like a good routine? Is there anything I should add or remove?
