I’ve been doing the basic work out plan for a few weeks and I’m seeing some results but I’m looking for extra exercises to target certain areas. I also run 3 times a week for cardio.
I have a small….muffin top I guess. It’s not large or anything but want to target that area to try to get it to flatten out more.
I’d like to target the upper portion of my glutes.
Also looking light upper body work outs that won’t bulk me up. I just want to do tone some areas.
Lastly because I’m getting alittle older my jaw line isn’t real well defined anymore, it’s probably a long shot but how could I get some definition back there?
