Okay so I’m mainly trying to get gains in my butt. Currently I’m not doing much in all honesty. About a hundred squats a day, daily, for a couple months. I feel like I’ve noticed a change but I can’t prove it. I’m just curious what I can do about it to make it more efficient. Lift with weights? Different work outs? More squats? Preferably nothing with a big gym or anything. The less equipment the better, but I’m open to any and all advice, thanks!
