Channel Listing Issue - Online (not via a radio)

I'm using the SiriusXM site to listen to various things and I have an issue where the majority of the time I hit "All Channels", it is only showing me the "Extra Channels" and not all of the numbered ones. Going out and in about 10 times gets me to the real All Channels listing and I can of course get the numbered channels if I go to a specific thing like music or sports, but what am I doing wrong to not be able to get All Channels when I click on All Channels?
