can somebody on the other side of the paywall tell me if they characterized the switching endurance of the devices? I don't see it in the figs. In terms of artificial synapses,these appear more switch-like (by design) and less continuum devices. They are also planar. Both of these properties make them not very attractive for synaptic processing applications.
