Newly singled mom, not quite 4 months now. I had always had this inner dialogue about 'if I'm going to basically be a single mom with a grown ass adult man in the house, might as well be a single mom'... and MAN have I been surprised. This is much harder but in some ways much less stressful without the grown man-child in the home with us.
Anywho. HOW in the world does anyone work out while being a single mom?? I work full time and our days are basically get up, drop off at school, go to work, pick up, come home, do all the things, crash, repeat. How does anyone squeeze in a jog? A trip to a gym? I can do some things from the apartment but let's be honest by the time I get her to bed I just need to sit and not do anything.
For those who have found a method for getting in a jog or the like, what has been your process??
