My weird, poor voice control

My voice control got really bad. I had laryngitis. It went away, but now I can't sing high notes in my normal register, I sometimes switch to my high register (which has the same projection, so it's not like my falsetto, where it sounds fake), so the notes I sing in certain choir songs are either too high or too low (after one or two verses). No perfect spot. How can I fix this?
