Where do I find a good Vocal coach??? My dad was an RNB singer in the 90's and I want to just shit on his whole career, I'm Jeff Buckley

My voice is so spotty. I'm trying not to be too loud so I can't hit shit but I'm also very inconsistent. I def have the potential to be The Weeknd but I need training to make my voice stable
