I've always wanted to learn how to sing, and maybe be able to scream, HOWEVER

I'm 29 years old and FtM, 6.5 months on testosterone. I've never had any formal training, but before transitioning, I was told a few times that my voice was pretty good and that I should consider lessons. I was always curious, but was never able to afford it.
Now I'd love to try pursuing it, but I'm wondering if it's too late for me? Or should I wait for my transition to stabilize my voice more?
Any and all advice would be great. Thanks!
