figuring out my vocal range

Post Body

so for starters, i’ve been singing on and off for years now (i’m 20 for reference). i mostly sing songs in japanese and other languages, and with j-pop, a majority of the songs i’ve sung are written for pre-pubescent teenage girls to sing, hence why their voices are higher. I’m completely comfortable singing in a higher voice, but here and there i’ll not be able to hit a note the same way i could on another day and i force myself to go down a little bit. i’ve been trying to sing more in a lower range and i feel slightly more relaxed but also like i’m forcing myself to sing differently than i’m used to. can anyone pinpoint exactly where i stand in terms of range? i want to know if i should explore more of my lower range. also am i between a baritone or a countertenor?
