Working at my desk and trying not to scroll reddit. Focusing as much as possible but seemingly failing.
Keep grabbing my phone and scrolling reddit - making myself ache and throb while trying to get work done.
Now it’s lunch and it’s “hard” to not just go and have a stroke.
Now I know the rest of the day will be difficult but it’ll all be worthwhile.
