Are employee stock option plans generally worth it and how would you recommend to withdraw USD from Fidelity?

Post Body

My new company is offering stock option purchase at a discount and I'm keen on it. However, I am unsure if it's worth it if, considering the transaction fees (I can't get concrete info on this from the website or colleagues) and tax on stock option gains. Would I be better off DCAing and diversifying myself instead of overexposing myself this way?

Additionally, the 2.5% currency conversion fees (USD to SGD) make it seem less attractive and I was wondering if there is a way around this. I don't have a multi-currency account but is it possible to use Revolut instead? I'm curious if there's a better way to withdraw this money.
