Expats/foreigners, what low-fee bank account do you have in Singapore? Preferably one that you can open with an IPA.

Hi guys, sorry for posting this here, but I'm in desperate need of help as I'm seeking for a bank account that I could open with an employment pass IPA. I've been to POSB and the only option they gave me was the one with $3k minimum balance; otherwise $5/month fee account. I'm not ready to commit to that much considering the income I'm getting. :/
Any advise for a soon-to-be foreigner here? Thanks in advance!
