Hey everybody! First off, I'll ask a relatively dumb question. I can make it less dumb by providing detail, but I have to defer to the experts in our group because I'm not sure what details to give.

• Asus vs. AOC vs. Samsung?

Current scenario:

I bought a 34" single monitor about six months ago which I haven't unboxed yet. I think it's a AOC CU34G2X. Since then, I've read lots of posts about bigger screens mostly up to the Samsung G9 (I think).

• So, I've been wondering if it makes more sense to move up to a single 49" screen or to go into triples?

• If the answer is yes; is Samsung "THE" one or are one of the other brands also worth considering?

• Finally, without going crazy big. What side monitors would you recommend for using with the 34" I already have as a center monitor? I would be interested in smaller screens that are about the same height for proportions and space.

Sorry, I know monitor threads are so prevalent and this is yet another. But I guess that each situation is fairly unique and I would appreciate input from those of you who know more about this than I do.
