Possible problem with the wheel

I'm pretty much just playing F1 2019/2020 and PC2 on the PS4, what settings or calibrations do I have to or should I change on the wheel itself or on the system/games?

EDIT: I've had a T80 for a year and a half and finally decided to upgrade, but the T150 has very little resistance right out of the box. Is this something I need to get used to, something I can change settings for, or a problem? Also, something that sounded like a tiny metal ball was rolling around inside the base even when I took it out of the box; was the UPS guy too rough, is this a manufacturing error, or is that completely normal?
