I need help setting up my g29

So I bought a converter so I can use a g29 to my Xbox one and I can map every button there is only one problem the main thing the wheel would not register to the game or the button mapping I don’t know what button would it be if it is one and for some reason it thinks I’m holding the analog stick/wheel to the left
